Below are the 6 steps in our tailored approach to help you achieve the optimal outcome
In the initial consultation call it’s all about you, your story and what you would like to achieve.
During this call our aim to understand your financial requirements as well as your short and long term financial goals for your and your family.
FACT FINDING & MODELLING
During Fact Find stage we will analyse and review your current financial position and seek clarifications with you on any further information required at this stage.
Once we have all the information we will develop options by exploring and determine the most suitable lenders, structures and products from our panels that aligns to your short and long term goal.
During the modelling call we will walk you through two to three tailored options that we believe will provide you the optimal outcome to achieve your goals. We will also answer any questions that you may have with the options we have presented.
You will then have full control on which option to proceed with based on your preference and comfortability.
After you have decided on which option to proceed we will then prepare the application submission for you, negotiate with lenders on the best rates and manage the end-to-end process from submission to settlement.
We will keep you informed the whole time as we progress to obtain finance approval and take the headache & stress off you.
SETTLEMENT & POST SETTLEMENT
Once finance approval is obtained we will then work with you and other parties to manage and deliver a painless, timely and smooth settlement for you.
Once settlement has taken place we will provide you a summary of the post settlement details so that we can review and ensure all loan details have been setup correctly as per the application.

David Shih is the Founder and MFAA certified Mortgage Broker of Lend Power. As a successful property investor, David currently holds a $3 million property portfolio across NSW, VIC and QLD and has implemented multiple investment strategies during his journey in order to get to where he is today.
